British Citizenship

ILR/Settlement Visas


You can apply for ILR(Indefinite Leave Remain)/Settlement application under the various route. Please check your eligibility before making an application.


A resident of the UK for more than 5 years can be eligible to apply subject to immigration rules and requirement under your current immigration status within or outside the UK.


If you are legally staying in the UK on any immigration category for 10 years then you may be eligible to apply under Long Residency (10 Years) route.

Family Visas


Bring your family member to stay or settle in the UK with you. A family member can come to the UK as spouse or dependent relative.

Spouse Visa

-Apply under new 5 Year route to settlement after getting married to settled or British Citizen.

-Apply within the UK for leave to remain if you are on immigration category which will allow you to get married within the UK

-Apply outside the UK for leave to enter if you married to a British citizen or a settled person outside the UK and have no permission to enter or no valid leave


Settlement visa

-Apply to settle in the UK if your partner dies who had a indefinite leave to remain or a British citizenship

The employer may need a sponsor licence to employ someone from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland to work for you in the UK.

Work Visas


Work visa will allow you to undertake employment in the UK.

Domestic Workers in a Private Household Visa

-Apply for a visa to visit the UK with your employer if you

  • are a domestic worker in a private household
  • have worked for your employer for at least one year
  • are from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland


The representative of an Overseas Business visa

-Apply to come to the UK as a representative of an overseas business and you are either

  • the sole representative of an overseas company planning to set up a UK branch or a wholly-owned subsidiary for an overseas parent company
  • an employee of an overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation posted on a long-term assignment to the UK


Tier 2 General Visa

-Apply to work in the UK if you have been offered a skilled job in the UK and sponsored by the employer who has got valid Tier 2 Sponsor Licence


Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa

-Apply to work in the UK if your employer has offered you a role in a UK branch of the organisation

  • Long-term Staff visa is for transfers of more than 12 months into a role that can’t be filled by a new UK recruit. You need to have worked for your employer overseas for at least 12 months. It can be granted up to or more than 3 years.


  • Short-term Staff visa is for transfers up to and including 12 months into a role that can’t be filled by a new UK recruit. You need to have worked for your employer overseas for at least 12 months. Maximum stay allowed 12 months.


  • Graduate Trainee visa is for transfers into graduate trainee programmes for specialist roles. You need to be a recent graduate with at least 3 months’ experience with your employer overseas. Maximum stay allowed 12 months.


  • Skills Transfer visa is for transfers that allow people to gain skills and knowledge needed to perform their role overseas or to pass on their skills to UK colleagues. You don’t need to have been with your employer overseas for a set period of time.  Maximum stay allowed 6 months.


Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) visa

-Apply if you have been offered a job within a faith community (eg as a minister of religion, missionary, or member of a religious order) in the UK


Tier 2 (Sportsperson) visa

-Apply for a Tier 2 (Sportsperson) visa if all of the following apply:

  • you’re an elite sportsperson or qualified coach recognised by your sport’s governing body as internationally established at the highest level
  • your sport’s governing body is endorsing your application
  • your employment will develop your sport in the UK at the highest level


Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Charity Worker) visa

-Apply for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Charity Worker) visa if: you want to do unpaid voluntary work for a charity. Maximum stay allowed 12 months.


Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Creative and sporting) visa

-Apply for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Creative and sporting) visa if you’ve been offered work as a sportsperson or creative worker.


Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Religious Worker) visa

-Apply for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Religious Worker) visa if: you want to do religious work - eg preaching or working in a religious order


Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa

-Apply for a Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa if you:

  • want to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years
  • are aged 18 to 30
  • have £1,890 in savings
  • have certain types of British Nationality or are from certain countries


Investor Visas


Terrafirma will assist you to make a Visa application if you are interested to start your own business within the UK.


Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa

-Apply if you have  "Access to £50,000 investment funds" or  "Access to £200,000 investment funds"


Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa

-Apply for a Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa if you are a graduate who has been officially endorsed as having a genuine and credible business idea and must be endorsed by either:

  • UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) as part of the elite global graduate entrepreneur programme (Sirius)
  • UK higher education institution (HEI) if it’s an authorised endorsing body


Tier 1 (Investor) visa (Suspended from  until new Immigration category announce in 2019)

-apply for a Tier 1 (Investor) visa if you want to invest £2,000,000 or more in the UK

-and apply for settlement in the UK after 2 years if you invest £10 million or after 3 years if you invest £5 million



Student Visas & Visitor Visas 


Tier 4  (Adult) visa

-Apply if you intend to study in the UK at one of the recognised University

-Fill out our Assessment form if you are interested to study in the UK universities


Tier 4 (Child) visa

-Apply if you want your child to study in the UK at one of the recognised private school


Visitor visa Application

-Apply if you want to visit someone in the UK or spend a nice holiday up to 6 months.


Business Visitor visa Application

-Apply if you want to make an application to attend a meeting or conference or an exhibition in the UK and if you are already having established business in your home country or working for an employer.


Marriage Visitor visa

-Apply if you are intending to meet someone who you going to get married in the UK.

EU Visas

UK residence card 

-Apply for yourself and your family member (Direct or Extended) and it will

Derivative residence card

-Apply to if you’re living in the UK and you’re one of the following:

  • the primary carer of someone who has the right to live in the UK
  • the primary carer’s child
  • the child of a former European Economic Area (EEA) worker and you’re at school, college or university in the UK


Qualified Person - Prove your right to live in the UK as an EU citizen


EEA family permit

-Apply for an EEA family permit to come to the UK if you’re both:

  • from outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
  • the family member or ‘extended’ family member of an EEA national


Permanent residence card -

-Apply for a permanent residence card after you’ve lived in the UK for 5 years. This will prove your right to live in the UK permanently
